Millstones, Milestones

Millstones, Milestones is a minimalist tabletop RPG (1d6 rolls, set DCs, no combat mechanics).

Its main purpose is to allow its players to easily create interesting characters in need of development, then develop those characters through interactions with the world and other players' characters.

The PDF also includes a setting for the game to be played in (Suurenmoinen), and three example adventures in that setting (The Prize Fish Robbery, The Dock Fire, and The Shaking Town).

In case you're interested, this RPG was written between September 8th, 2019 and September 19th, 2019.  Minor edits to fix grammar and spelling errors were made between then and now.
