This is a series of tables that you can roll dice on to create your own random Marvel alternate universe. It allows you to generate details about the state of the world and society, as well as particular details about how existing characters are different from their original portrayals.

it says something about a powers handbook but it doesn't have that help?

My bad. That references the old TSR Marvel RPG, which this random generator was originally made for. If you can find that, I'd recommend using it, but if not, you can pick a random power off this list: https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Powers
